@eric Thank you, Eric. That's one of the most inspiring things I've heard today----the most inspiring was 'I love you, Locke,' from my wife.
@PastorKevin The Lord bless you and keep you every day, my good fellow. In this life there is only one we need, and that is a life in Him :)
@TruthSmack Re2: twinkies But that's probably a good reason why my wife eats most of the things she does while sitting at the computer daily
@TruthSmack Re: twinkies? If you can't find nourishing protein, a good balance of complex carbs, and little to no refined carbs, it's nasty.
@eric No, dogs are not stupid---simply an example of what happens to a creature when it places its faith in the hands of men instead of God.
@Acts9_12Out He also repents making L. Ron Hubbard, I'm certain, but at least Scientology is rapidly destroying its own place in religion :)
@litehouse So when it came time to have a female role model, I figured one he knew would be better than a stranger, and he feels better now.
@litehouse Yes; she was my son's first friend. He started kindergarten that year; we lived in Sydney before '97 and the US was scary to him.
@eric So did I, but my wife is 28 years younger than me, which is four years older than she is. Want to exchange war-tales, Eric? xD
@wordupmag I met her in USA, 12 years ago. She was best friends with my kindergarten-aged son, and this year I got the courage to go all in.
My new wife is 24 years old, and I just turned 53 this December 7th. I'm older than her father, which might just explain her daddy issues...
